McDonald firstname.lastname@example.org The Jersey Journal BAYONNE -- A fashion accessories manufacturer that has been operating out of Constable Hook for more than a decade announced it is staying in the city and will extend its property lease, officials said. Cejon Inc., a Manhattan based company that is a licensed accessory house for notable companies such as Steve Madden, Betsey Johnson and Big Buddha. The company has maintained its regional warehouse operation at 51-53 Hook Road in Bayonne since 2005, officials said. The facility is 84,000 square-feet. "The Hook Road property provides excellent highway access and proximity to Cejon's many clients within the dense New Jersey retail market," said Dick Hecker, managing director for the commercial real estate firm, Colliers, that represented the company in the transaction. "We were pleased the Hartz Mountain Industries -- the property's ownership -- offered attractive extension terms, enabling my client to remain in place."
