After Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said on Sunday that any player that disrespects the flag "will not play," the team held a meeting with Jones to discuss anthem policies.

Jones insisted on Sunday that players would stand for the anthem, and doubled down in an interview on Monday, pointing to a league manual that says players "should" stand.

According to several reports, players did not discuss what happened in the meeting, with most declining to comment.

However, when cornerback Orlando Scandrick was asked about Breast Cancer Awareness Month, his answer may have hinted at how the meeting with Jones went down.

Orlando Scandrick pulled out some pink cleats to support breast cancer awareness. “We’re *allowed* to support that,” Scandrick said.

Likewise, Scandrick's choice of music may have hinted at the outcome of the meeting.

Upon the media entering the #Cowboys locker room, Orlando Scandrick was loudly playing YG & Nipsey Hussle’s “FDT (F*ck Donald Trump)”.

Jones is a supporter of President Donald Trump, who has been a vocal critic of the national anthem protests. At a rally in September, Trump said NFL owners should "fire" any "son of a b----" who kneels during the anthem.

On Wednesday, Trump praised the NFL for demanding players stand, which the NFL later fact-checked.

In the meantime, if Scandrick's comment is any indication, it doesn't sound like the Cowboys convinced Jones to let them kneel during the anthem.
